16th Annual Classic Car Meet at Newplace Park
| Pump Lane, Framfield, Nr Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 5RQ (by kind invitation of Mr & Mrs Raymond Edmondson) Fathers’ Day - 19th June 2011 Gates open at 12 noon Entry £7 - children under 14 free Newplace Classic is essentially a social and non-competitive family occasion when, on Fathers' Day, car owners and spectators alike may enjoy a relaxed time chatting with friends, picnicking or tucking into a delicious Ploughman’s lunch in the wonderful parkland setting of Newplace. Visitors are encouraged to stroll through the immaculate grounds of Newplace and take tea on the terrace overlooking the lakes. There are fun and games for children and adults throughout the afternoon.. |

The event attracts upwards of 120 Veteran, Vintage, Classic and Exotic entries. Typical of the range of marques seen are Aston Martin, Austin Healey, Bentley, Bristol, Buick, Cadillac, Crossley, Ferrari, Invicta, Jaguar, Jowett, Lotus, M.G., Panhard et Levassor, Rolls Royce, Sunbeam, SS Jaguar, Talbot and Triumph.
